Raj founded Platina in 2008. Since founding Platina, he has led the company through different stages of growth and driven many releases of its innovative recruitment software products. Prior to starting Platina, he worked in product engineering and research teams at companies like Microsoft in the areas of Database Storage, Data Replication and Distributed Systems.

Sujata Taneja

Head, HR and Admin

Sujata started with Platina in 2009 as HR executive and quickly grew into the role of HR and Admin manager and later on heading both the functions.
Today she heads the HR, Admin, and Accounts functions at Platina. Prior to Platina, Sujata worked at various academic institutions of repute.

Sujay Sahni

Investor and Advisor

Engineering & Business executive with extensive Engineering and Organizational Management expertise in Product, Services & Cloud Infrastructure. Over 20 years of growing leadership experience in delivering Server, Platforms, Services and Cloud infrastructure Google, Twitter, Microsoft, and Oracle.

At Oracle, Sujay was part of the team building the next generation of Oracle Public Cloud IaaS. At Twitter, he was part of Platform Leadership team and managed Twitter’s Core Platform technologies with distributed development teams across SF, Seattle and NY centers. As Google’s APAC Regional Director managed Engineering operations in India & Engineering teams across APAC for 4 years that delivered core Google products & services. Previously spent 14 years at Microsoft’s R&D headquarters in various top engineering leadership roles & company thought leadership for strategic products and services like MS Access, SQL Server, Windows, and MSN.COM.

Shaiwal Singh

Investor and Advisor

Shaiwal is a veteran of the technology industry. He has held various leadership and individual contributor roles in his 18+ years at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond. He has been part of the founding teams of many new efforts there. Most recently he founded and ran the Special Projects team (Spartans) for the Bing and AI division.

He has also been involved in start-ups in various forms and is currently an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Kernel Labs working on a robotics start-up.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
