You can import your data easily using the quick import tool in the product. If you have a large volume of data, you can take help from our support associates who can prepare data for you using our Batch Data Builder tool which runs directly on the server.
Can I have more logins than the number of licenses I subscribe to?
Yes. When you purchase SkillPoint package subscription, you buy concurrent login licenses. However, you can have more login ids than the concurrent login licenses you subscribe to.
How can I make my payment?
You can make your payment using any credit card, or through direct electronic fund transfer. We do not accept cheques.
Can I add new users in the middle of the month?
Yes. You can add more users at any time. You will be billed on a pro-rata basis for the new users for the remaining part of your subscription period.
Can I surrender a license in the middle of the subscription period? Is there a refund for the remaining period?
You can stop using the product at any time. However, there are no refunds for the unused subscription period.
What are the timings for the product support?
Product support is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM IST.
